LCMCT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
The Lewis-Clark Train Club as of October of 2011 is a 100% NMRA member train club within the 5th Division of the Pacific Northwest Region of the National Model Railroad Association.
Our Membership consists of Operators, Builders, Kitbashers, Amateur Historians and Collectors of Railroad Memorabilia and Model Railroading. In short, we are just your typical bunch of harmless train nuts having fun.
Our members modeling interests go from N-Scale to Garden Railroads, DC and DCC train control. The LCTC has a modular HO-Scale layout based on the former Camas Prairie Railroad and a traveling N-Scale layout for Train Shows, Model Railroad Swap Meets and Community Events. Many of our members have operational home layouts built or in various forms of "under construction" in the scales and themes of their favorite road names, locations and/or time periods. These layouts are in various sizes, from smaller switching puzzles to sprawling room sized empires that are on the verge of exceeding their original charters, those owners are in continuous negotiations with their "Legal Department" (wife) to obtain more Right of Way.
